Entries and payment

 

All entries to be completed online in advance of the show date, .  Please make sure all payments are in by Wednesday before the show.  Alternatively, you can pay cash on the day via a sealed envelope with your name etc clearly marked and pass to me on the day of the show.

Class times will be listed on our website. We Regret That No Changes Can Be Made To Times Once They Are Published. If you have any specific requests, please make these clear on your entry and I will do my best to accommodate them.

Results will be on the score board at the end of the class, sheets and rosettes to be collected from the secretary.

 

Arena / Warm up arena / carpark

 

Riders should aim to maintain a distance of three horse lengths apart from other competitors at all times whilst using the warm up facility and no more than 4 riders in the warm up at any time. The warm up area will be monitored by a steward to ensure that riders adhere to these restrictions at all times.

Arenas will have a separate ENTRANCE and EXIT where appropriate and there will be a ONE-WAY route around show ground please leave via the exit and return immediately to car park, even if you are entered for the next class. There is plenty of space in the car park for cool down

You must park at least 5m apart. There is ample parking, so we encourage you to use all the space provided.

You must clear up after yourselves in the car park and show ground. All muck, hay and litter will be cleared up please.

No admittance will be given to anyone not pre-entered.

 

On site catering will be open for take-away foods only. Social distancing must be maintained throughout the purchasing
